Airswift are currently recruiting for a Lead Principal Planner based at Wilton on a 12 month contract duration.   The Lead Principal Planner will lead the overall planning effort across the program for the Project Execution in the United Kingdom. This will include development and management of the Overall Primavera EPS for the project to ensure a consistent approach. Development of the programme structure, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), calendars and dates to be used by the Project, aligned with the Cost Break Down Structure (CBS).

Airswift are currently recruiting for a Principal Construction Planner for a 12 month contract based in Wilton.   The Planner is required to work in close liaison with the construction team, other area planners and the client, reporting both to the Planning Manager and the Turnover manager. Initially they will maintain the Level ¾ schedules working with the Construction Contractor but also contribute to the development of the over all level 1 planning activities for LoM that integrate the construction schedule for Sinking Scope of work with the requirements of other infrastructure and LoM.  As construction completes development of a Level 4 schedule will be required that supports overall project turnover and commissioning.

Airswift has an exciting opportunity for a Principal (Heat Transfer) Mechanical Engineer to join their clients project delivery operation based in Brentford.   You will join their clients Mechanical Engineering Department which provides concept, FEED and detailed design services for mechanical equipment. The Department consists of Rotating, Static and Packaged Equipment and Mechanical Handling sub-disciplines and also the HVAC and Metallurgy disciplines. Engineering positions typically involve the selection, specification, design and requisitioning of mechanical equipment.   Your skills and expertise will be utilised across a range of domestic and international projects, starting in the bid phase, continuing through to award, start up and execution.  

Airswift are currently recruiting for a Civil/Infrastructure Engineer to join their project delivery team in Stockton on a 12 month contract basis.

Airswift require a Senior Document Controller to work 40 hours per week based out of the clients Manchester office for a 12 month duration.   You will join the Project Controls function which provides Project Control services on projects to include planning, cost control, document control and estimating. Project controls is involved in all stages of the project life cycle including Concept, FEED and the EPC phases subject to scope of requirements. To assist with providing these services, the Project Controls team utilises an in-house integrated project management system interfaced with proprietary systems where appropriate.  

Airswift are currently recruiting for a Senior Expeditor to join their project delivery team in Aberdeen on a 12 month contract basis.   The Expeditor will be responsible for the expediting of purchase orders to ensure the delivery of material’s, supplies and equipment meet project requirment deadlines and demands.  The role will include following project expediting procedures, strategies and reporting processes. The Expeditor will be expected to expedite both material and documentation requirements in line with production schedules and report updates via the expediting report and weekly expediting calls.

The Project Management Function provides Project Directors, Project Managers, Project & Interface Engineers, and Package Managers ensuring that stakeholder objectives are met. Projects undertaken can be on a variety of contract basis, lump sum, reimbursable, or risk and reward. Project size and complexity can vary significantly.

In addition, the candidate will have sound leadership skills and will have experience of setting up, drafting and gaining approval of Contract plans and procedures, management of the entire procurement process (i.e. throughout the pre- and post award periods) for complex building construction works and managing a team on Projects.
